Starlink Service and Hardware
When you order a box, the Starlink service plan is your own account with Starlink. We do not sell or manage service for boxes you own.
The Starlink kit is not included with purchase. You supply your own Starlink kit, bought directly from Starlink or an authorized retailer. We are not an authorized Starlink reseller and do not sell Starlink hardware. Your Starlink hardware is covered by Starlink's own warranty and terms, not ours.
Battery Safe Use
Every box contains a lithium battery. Treat it with the same care as any large power bank.
- Charge only with the supplied AC charger or 12V adapter.
- Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface with airflow around the case. Do not charge unattended on bedding or upholstery.
- Do not charge when the battery is below freezing. Let it warm up first.
- Do not leave the box in a closed vehicle in direct summer sun. Utah cabin temperatures can exceed what the battery is rated for.
- Keep the box dry. The case protects against splashes when closed, not submersion.
- Do not open, modify or bypass the battery or its wiring.
- Stop using the box and contact us if the battery is swollen, damaged, unusually hot, or smells.
- For long storage, leave it about half charged and top it up every few months.
- Airlines restrict large lithium batteries. Check with your airline before flying with a box.
Use in a Vehicle
Secure the box and the dish so they cannot move in a sudden stop. A dish on the dashboard must not block the driver's view. The driver should never operate devices while the vehicle is moving.
